Non ne vale la pena

Ho comprato questa bici da mesi, utilizzata poche volte. Già al secondo utilizzo i tasti del display erano già difettosi. Dopo 5-6 utilizzi, il sensore PAS mi si rompe. Quindi contatto l'azienda per farmi spedire un sensore. Mi dicono che me l'hanno spedito. Dopo un mese ancora non arriva, quindi mi dicono che ne spediscono un secondo di sensore. A distanza di mesi non ho ancora visto nessun sensore. Assitenza quasi inesistente. E la bici perde pezzi o si difettano già dai primi utilizzi.

After service is not good

I am really disappointed with Evercross’ customer service. I have been trying to reach them for several days regarding my e-bike, but they simply do not respond. I have sent emails that remain unanswered, and whenever I try to use their live chat, I’m just placed on the waiting list. It’s been two days now, and I am still stuck there without a single response from their team.

As a customer, this feels very unprofessional and frustrating. When you invest in an e-bike, you expect reliable post-purchase support — especially if you encounter issues. Unfortunately, Evercross makes it nearly impossible to get any help.

If you’re considering buying from them, be aware that their after-sales support is extremely lacking. Until they improve their responsiveness, I cannot recommend this company.

A embalagem chegou um pouco danificada mas a bicleta não apresenta nenhum defeito.
