First of all, we hope you're all right! The e-bike can be replaced, but our time and health can't, so we hope you're all right too. The severity of the accident and the damage caused will give us a better indication of how to proceed.
Regardless of whether you and your e-bike have suffered a minor or severe collision, do not continue riding. It is uncertain whether the current situation is safe. You must consult your local bike shop or Evercross dealer to determine the full extent of the damage. Often, the external damage you see is just the beginning. There may be damage to the internal frame or mechanical components of your e-bike that is not visible to the naked eye.
As with any type of e-bike accident or damage, Evercross requires further inspection by an authorized dealer or local bike shop to determine if there is any structural damage not visible to the naked eye. If they determined there was internal damage, Evercross could not sell replacement parts, as this would pose a safety risk. Unfortunately, we cannot sell you replacement parts without additional testing.
We ask that you take the affected bikes to your local bike shop or Evercross dealer. You can find an Evercross-authorized bike shop near you using Evercross's dealer locator. If you believe your bike is safe and in good working order and only requires some spare parts, please contact our support team with the following information:
