All Evercross users are entitled to request technical troubleshooting assistance from the Evercross support team; however, the team is not obligated to provide extended after-sales service for products purchased outside our official channels.
Warranty replacement parts are shipped only within the European Union.
Warranty Period
For customers who purchased from the official Evercross websites, we provide a two-year warranty on all scooters and bicycles, excluding normal wear and tear. The warranty period begins on the date the original purchaser receives the product.
Wear and Tear (Not Covered by Warranty)
“Wear and tear” refers to the natural and unavoidable deterioration that occurs through regular use. The following components are considered consumables and are not covered under this warranty (non-exhaustive list):
Tires
Brake padsBrake cables
Tubes
Grips
Chain
Gears
Lights and bulbs
Pedals
Reflectors
Actual coverage may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the response provided by our after-sales service team for confirmation.
Improper Assembly, Use, or Maintenance
Damage caused by incorrect assembly, accidents, improper repairs, modifications, corrosion, or misuse is not covered under this warranty. Evercross is not responsible for any damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or parts.
Examples of Non-Covered Issues:
Incorrect assembly or installation: Problems arising from improper assembly of the bike or scooter.
Accidents and negligence: Damage caused by collisions, neglect, insufficient maintenance, or abnormal/excessive usage.
Unauthorized modifications or accessories: Alterations or installation of incompatible parts not originally designed for the product.
Corrosion: Damage caused by rust or corrosion is not covered.
Battery damage: Damage resulting from power surges, use of incorrect chargers, improper maintenance, normal degradation, or water exposure.
Shipping Damage
This warranty does not cover damage incurred during transportation. However, Evercross agrees to replace a product that was damaged in transit if the following conditions are met:
You notify Evercross within 3 days of receiving the original product that it was damaged during delivery.
You provide clear photos and/or videos showing the extent and details of the damage.
If you arrange independent transport (e.g., freight forwarding or third-party shipping), Evercross is not responsible for any damage occurring during such shipping.
Warranty Claim Procedure
Evercross will replace warranty-covered parts only after receiving photos or videos that clearly show the defective or damaged components.
To claim warranty service, please follow these steps:
Contact Evercross Support Email our customer service team at support@evercross.eu. Our support team will communicate with you to diagnose the issue and provide troubleshooting guidance to find a quick solution.
Confirm Replacement Needs If the support team determines that a warranty component needs replacement, they will provide you with the necessary replacement parts and detailed installation instructions.
Installation Assistance Once you receive the replacement parts, our support team will guide you through the installation process or send you a replacement tutorial video.
Local Repair Option The Evercross customer service team may agree to let you take your product to a local repair shop for servicing and may offer partial reimbursement of reasonable repair costs.
Theft
Unfortunately, product theft is not covered under this warranty. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance to protect your Evercross product against theft or loss.
Important Notes
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Evercross reserves the right to inspect any returned part or product before approving a warranty claim.
The warranty is valid only when products are used in accordance with the Evercross user manual and safety guidelines.
This warranty is provided in addition to any statutory consumer rights applicable under EU or UK law.
